The brand is new. That is stated here rather than obscured, because the alternative is a page of invented history, and a business that sells reliability cannot open by misrepresenting itself. What is not new is the practice behind it: the team that operates STARECOM builds and runs the systems this work depends on, and every package on this site is delivered by that same team.
Global commerce fails in the gaps between parties — the exporter, the forwarder, the platform, the network, the bank, the buyer — each holding one piece of the picture. STARECOM exists to close those gaps: with AI doing the volume work of matching, forecasting, classifying and reconciling, with integrated systems where they are fragmented, and with a named person signing every decision that matters. Who operates STARECOM
STARECOM is a trading name of STARECOM, a company registered in Bulgaria. The registered address, registration details and contact routes are in the operator block on this page and at the foot of every page, and every contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria under the Terms of Use. Every package sold on this site is delivered by that company under the same legal documents.
How we are structured
A small senior team covers strategy, operations and engineering. The people who scope your work are the people who design it and the people who run it. It is a deliberate constraint on how much work we take at once, and the reason we decline engagements rather than staff them thinly. Where an engagement needs a partner on the ground, one is vetted and contracted for that engagement.
How engagements run
Every engagement follows the same five steps — discover, design, build, scale, grow together — and every step ends with a written deliverable both sides can point to. Work is priced against a written brief, delivered in milestones, and handed over with documentation whether we go on to operate it or you take it in-house. Ownership
Entities, contracts, platforms, accounts and data are created in your name and stay in your name. We hold the access we need to do the work, and you can revoke it without the operation stopping. Deliverables transfer to you in full on final payment, on the terms set out in the Terms of Use.
What we will not do
We decline work outside what we can do properly, and we decline the categories listed in the Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities policy. We make no financial, investment or income claims, we guarantee no business results, and we publish no client names, logos or testimonials without written permission — which is why you will find none on this site.

STARECOM is an AI-powered global commerce brand. It designs, builds and operates commerce platforms, supply-chain intelligence, trade-compliance automation, market-expansion programmes and affiliate programmes, sold as fixed-price packages on this site. The brand is new; the engineering practice behind it is not.

What does "AI-powered" actually mean here?
That AI does the repetitive, high-volume work — forecasting, classification, matching, drafting, screening — inside your environment, and that a named person approves anything with commercial or legal consequences. Every automated decision is logged and reversible. How we use AI, and what we will not let it do, is set out at /ai and in our AI Use Disclosure.
Do you run affiliate programmes?
We design, build and reconcile affiliate, referral and reseller programmes for clients — tracking, payout logic, weekly reconciliation, fraud detection and partner compliance — and only recruit once the numbers reconcile. STARECOM does not itself operate a public affiliate programme. Where this site links to third-party tools, our Affiliate Disclosure applies.
How does an engagement start?
With a discovery conversation and a written brief that both sides sign. The brief states what is being built, what it costs and when it lands before any work begins. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Do you publish client names or case studies?
Not without written permission and evidence. Where a client agrees, a case study is published with their sign-off; otherwise you will find none on this site.
How do I buy a package?
Choose a package on the Packages page and complete the order on the secure checkout on this site. Nothing is charged at the point of order: you receive an invoice and a secure payment link by email within one business day, and delivery starts from cleared payment.
