Within one business day you receive an invoice and a secure payment link by email, together with the intake form for your package.
Delivery starts from cleared payment and receipt of the intake and access. The turnaround stated on the package runs from that day.
Each package ends with the stated deliverable, the revision rounds and the support period. Everything produced is yours.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of ordering for a full refund, provided work has not started at your request. After work starts, cancellation is settled on what has been delivered.
