AI proposes. A person decides.
AI does the volume work in everything we build — forecasting, classification, matching, drafting, screening — inside your environment, logged and reversible. Anything with commercial or legal consequences is signed by a named person. This page says exactly where the line is.
The rules every system we ship follows.
These are written into the solution design of every engagement and into our AI Use Disclosure. They are the reason a model of ours is still switched on a year after it was wrong the first time.
Inside your environment
Models run against your data, in infrastructure you own. Your data is not used to train anything for anyone else.
Logged and reversible
Every automated action writes what it did, on what evidence, and who was told. Anything it did can be undone.
A person signs
Payouts, filings, prices, partner terms and customer-facing commitments are approved by a named person. The model proposes; it does not decide.
Limits set by the people it replaces
The operators whose judgement a model automates set its thresholds — otherwise it is switched off the first time it is wrong, and it will be wrong.
No generated proof
AI drafts copy, translations and documents. It never generates reviews, testimonials, figures or evidence, and nothing it drafts is published without a person checking it.
Disclosed
Where AI has produced something you read or receive from us, we say so. Our AI Use Disclosure sets out exactly where it is used.
An event log, not a black box.
Every automated action writes what it did, on what evidence, and who was told — and waits for a person where it should. This is the shape of that log.
See it inside each solutionWhat AI does, and what a person decides.

The same table is published, with the data-handling and logging commitments behind it, in the AI Use Disclosure.
Show us the decision you want automated.
We will tell you what a model can do with it, what it must not, and what the log will look like — in writing, before anything is built.
